Yes and no. This container is specifically designed for professional actors, singers, and dancers - but we won't be literally doing the thing within our work. This isn't for external feedback about your craft.

You'll be learning how to intentionally think and relate to all parts of your career.

We will coach on everything - including auditions, agent meetings, relationships, money, imposter syndrome - you name it.

Having a container with performers allows us to specifically address the collective thinking and limiting beliefs that most performers hold about the industry and life as a creative.

You'll be stepping into bigger, bolder confidence and feeling talented AF on a consistent basis - propelling you to take aligned, inspired action.

The tools and skills that you gain will apply to every aspect of your life - giving you more emotional freedom, presence, and calm to navigate any circumstance.

No, not necessarily. Creating a six-figure life in the arts begins with embodying wealth and raising your internal Money Set Point.

This part of the container will expand how you view and value your own unique skillsets, giving you the opportunity to leverage them and make money in a way that you love, if you choose.

Most performers have interests, passions, and a vision for how they want to contribute to the world - that they could monetize. If you haven't confidently stepped into it yet, it's because you're either unsure "how" to go about it and/or afraid that if you do, it means leaving your performing career behind.

THE PARADIGM will help you stop choosing and give you a giant permission slip to claim it all. You'll create the safety to pursue what lights you up - and get PAID for it - even if it happens to be outside of performing. 

If you have an existing business, great. We will explore your current offers to make sure they're aligned and expansive for you and your prospective clients.

If you don't have something specific in mind yet, don't worry. You're exactly where you need to be.

Creating your six-figure life could also look like manifesting more performing opportunities, commercials, etc.

You truly get to make money any way that you want -- without feeling greedy, selfish, or under qualified.

At the end of the container, we collectively take on a $5k in 10 Day Challenge to step into the possibility of making money much faster than you ever imagined. So that for the rest of your career, you get to make money on your terms and have the freedom to say yes to creative projects that light you up (even if the stipend does not).

Every week you will have one hour of coaching - alternating between 1:1 and group calls.

Outside of calls, you may want to set aside time to self coach, journal, or process the coaching that was given. It could look like 10-15 minutes per day or 20-30 minutes a couple times per week. You get to find and trust what works best for you.

Occasionally, specific exercises may be given and could take up to 30 minutes per week. However, you will actively choose to take this on and it won't feel like a heavy chore.

The majority of the work you will be doing will be happening in real time as you move throughout your day. You'll be implementing tools and processes to gain awareness of your thinking, intentionally practice new beliefs, and manage your mind on a regular basis.

When clients ask this, they're usually worried about adding something else to their calendar. Keep in mind that once you are experiencing and receiving coaching, you will have much more mental space and energy.

Inside The Paradigm, we'll also be upleveling how you relate to your calendar by stepping into a non-linear relationship to time. Your life and schedule is going to feel lighter and easeful. 

This will 1000% help you create more time and energy than you knew was available to you.

Every other week you will meet with Kelli for a 1:1 Coaching Call. You will schedule your 1:1 Calls from your Members Area with Calendly.

If you need to cancel/reschedule, Kelli asks that you do so at least 24 hours in advance to honor everyone's time. 

It's recommended to find another time within the same week, as 1:1 calls will not rollover past the end of the 6 month container.

Any unscheduled calls will be lost sessions.

The most magic happens when you attend live.

Group Coaching is one of the most valuable (and fun!) components of this container. You'll have the opportunity to get coaching and also witness other people's coaching. You'll gain things you didn't even know you needed and normalize the collective journey that we're on.

Things will come up - auditions, callbacks, rehearsals, etc. For that reason, there will be replays of each LIVE Call available to reference and rewatch inside of your Members Area.

It is recommended that you do not miss more than 3 LIVE Calls to get the most out of the container.

LIVE Calls are currently held on Mondays at 12pm EST. If scheduling changes are needed, they are clearly communicated in advance.

Due to the current structure of THE PARADIGM, which includes 1:1 coaching with Kelli, the maximum is 10 humans per round.
